PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

**Arrive early to complete any necessary paperwork and enjoy a complimentary foot soak prior to any facial treatment or massage service.  (20 minutes early for new clients, 15 minutes for returning clients)

**Refrain from bringing children with you.  For liability reasons, they cannot wait in the lobby or accompany you into the treatment room.

**Please be on time.  Late arrivals will be subject to rescheduling or shortening of the service time.  Rescheduling is subject to being charged according to our Cancellation Policy below. Please understand that appointments are structured based on the time it takes to perform the requested service.  Arriving late puts undue pressure on the estheticians, which could result in an undesired outcome even if it's a reduction in your relaxation time.  Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in the rescheduling of your appointment and the charging of the associated late cancellation fee.

At our boutique spa, we strive to offer exceptional customer service and ensure availability during peak times by reserving specific appointment slots exclusively for you. When these appointments are missed without sufficient notice, not only do we have to turn away other clients, but our skilled estheticians also miss out on the opportunity to earn their income.

This situation also affects our ability to accommodate other customers who are waiting for an available spot. To help us manage these challenges and continue providing the best possible service to all our clients, we appreciate your cooperation with our scheduling policy. Cancellation Policy:
For individual appointments, we kindly request that you give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please be aware that all changes to appointments must be made through a spa staff member, and to facilitate this, please call us directly at (360) 703-9233. 

We are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional service and timely access to appointments, and therefore, we maintain a strict adherence to this policy without exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule efficiently. Thank you for your commitment to respecting our process.

Cancellation Fee:
We charge 50% of the services booked.

Groups (more than 2 people scheduled together) or Spa Packages:
Due to the nature of these services, we require 72 hours' notice to change or cancel your appointment(s).  A credit or debit card number is required to hold your spot.  The card will not be charged at the time of booking. A cancellation fee might be charged if clients fail to give us proper cancellation notice or are a no show.

Late Arrivals:
We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late we may need to offer you a shorter service or reschedule your appointment in order to accommodate all of our guests.  Please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can best accommodate everyone.  If we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the value of the original service(s).

In order to reserve a service time, a credit or debit card number may be requested.  Please know that the card does NOT get charged unless you do not attend your scheduled service or if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given (then the late cancellation fee will apply and be charged).   We do not have access to or retain any card information whatsoever.  It is collected by a third party and securely stored by them. 

Yes, main level parking is available outside the entrance.  You can park in any available space in the lot.  There are no stairs to contend with.

In addition to complying with the state's expanded regulations for sanitization, the new ventilation system utilizes UV light technology to eradicate all harmful substances that may be within the treatment room and throughout the facility.  The spa is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day to insure our guests' safety.  Because of the close nature of working with our clients, all employees are fully vaccinated against the COVID 19 virus.
