Beth has always believed in the reviving power of personal touch - the renewal of both body and mind, in form and function. She has experienced this in her own life as well as in the lives of others. Beth has experience in various massage modalities, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Dry brushing, Hydrotherapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Aromatherapy. She can use one technique or a combination of techniques to create a unique, personalized massage experience for you, whether you just want to relax and renew, or you need to release some aches, pains and stiffness. Beth moved with her husband up from California three years ago. She has three grown children also in the area. They love living in the beautiful Northwest and truly feel blessed to be here.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
The addition of hot stones helps the therapist to get deeper into the muscles without more pressure, helping you to relax yet further. In addition to deep relaxation, other benefits may be pain relief, stress relief, increased joint flexibility, decreased muscle spasms and tension and better sleep.
