Foot reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet using hands, fingers, or specialized tools. The theory behind reflexology is that these points correspond to different organs, glands, and other parts of the body. By stimulating these points, reflexology practitioners believe that they can help to restore balance and promote healing throughout the body.
