Yes, a credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. The card will not be charged unless you do not attend your scheduled service or if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling is given.
We request 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule individual appointments. For groups or spa packages, 72 hours’ notice is required. A cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked may apply if proper notice is not given.
Yes, main-level parking is available outside our entrance. You can park in any available space in the lot.
Yes, please arrive early to complete any necessary paperwork and enjoy a complimentary foot soak prior to your treatment. We recommend arriving 20 minutes early for new clients and 15 minutes early for returning clients.
